Very clean Staff and Management were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic location and resort, love all the staff for their energy and genuine care.
I loved Cedric and Michelle, no request was too much and all requests were met with a genuine desire to create a perfect experience. I loved that the wait staff were willing to learn how to make my daughters coffee, despite it being a little obscure. I also really enjoyed that The Reef House is adults only, the location is perfect.
I was quite disappointed to arrive and not have our bags taken to the room. In fact, staff watched my partner make three trips without an offer of a porter. I understand this to be very unusual and all across the week, this small thing was more than rectified.
